Brownies, Again

Best Ever! Back to the brownies. I know, I may be a little obsessed over the brownies, but I tried yet another “made from scratch” recipe, and these are the best ever. Assuming that you like thick gooey brownies. That is my preference anyway. If it’s too much like cake, well it might as well be cake. These take a few minutes extra, but are totally worth it.

Only a couple of notes here. Where they use a double boiler, I microwaved for 2 minutes, stirring during the cooking. I would also suggest substituting chocolate chips for the nuts if you don’t care for nuts. Its great with or without, but the chocolate chips…over the top. These are really rich.
